Staff development is also an important part of any organization. Just because a person is a cleaner or a security working for an organization does not mean him or her do not need any formal education. ATprojects employs people of all walks of life with different education levels from those graduating from universities, and those coming from the village with little or no formal education at all.
For those in the later group, ATprojects has been supportive of the Adult Literacy Program in the Eastern Highlands Province, and wants to ensure they receive a chance at formal education as part of staff development.
